PAYMENT
To order any items from my shop, please just click the "Add To Cart" button next to the item you want, and follow the instructions to checkout the contents of your cart.
The checkout process is handled by Paypal, a secure payment processing company. You don't need a Paypal account, but can pay with your credit or debit card and I will never see your card information, only your shipping address, email address and the details of your order.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling but you can pay with any currency you like - Paypal will do currency conversions automatically during checkout.
PDF SEWING PATTERNS
The sewing patterns I sell in my shop are all digital (PDF) files, NOT physical patterns. I will email the pattern files to you within 24 hours of your purchase, you can then read them on your computer/laptop/tablet/phone and print them using your home printer or at a local shop offering this service.
If the pattern files don't arrive, please check your spam folder first then send me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Want your patterns straight away? You can purchase them as instant downloads via my Etsy shop.
SHIPPING
I charge a flat rate for postage and packaging for orders within the UK: £4.00 per parcel, no matter how much you order.
For international shipping, please contact me and I'll give you an accurate postage quote asap.
Most parcels will be posted via 1st class post. Heavy (over 2 kilos) or bulky parcels will be sent via 2nd class post. International parcels will be sent via Airmail. All orders will be shipped within three working days of your purchase.
I may re-use bubble mailers and card to pack your order to save money and the environment, but packages will always be clean and secure.
Due to COVID-19 post is taking longer than normal to arrive, please be patient but if it's been a while and you're worried about your parcel do get in touch.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product, I do not offer refunds for my digital patterns (as there's no way you can "return" the file to me). Please read the item descriptions carefully for my PDF patterns, and contact me if you have any questions before you buy. If you're unhappy with your pattern purchase please get in touch and we can work something out.
If you've ordered craft supplies, vintage, or handmade items from my shop and are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You must contact me before returning any items and obtain proof of posting. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out.
All transactions are subject to UK law.
